Additional Info For 5/8/17 Actors

See the "Be In The Movie" page for basic actor info.  Additional info here applies only to the 5/8/17 shoot.

Available Roles
40 females in prom dresses
20 males in suits, tuxes, or medieval formal wear
20 villagers in any medieval attire
4 guards*
2 waiter*
6 minstrels
1 jester (should be able to juggle, clown around)
1 bishop
8 military officers

Costumes
We expect to provide costumes for roles marked with * because they need to match. We hope most others can get their own costume since there are so many people in this scene. If you can't bring your own costume, that's okay. Just let us know. We still need your smiling face!

Females can wear anything from medieval dresses to modern prom dresses.
Males can wear anything from modern prom tuxes to medieval formal wear.
Villagers should approximate these medieval villager costumes.
Minstrels should strive for these minstrel costumes.
Jester should be something like this jester.
Bishop something like this bishop.
Military officers should have sash, medals and gold rope.

Schedule
Step One: Contact Piper Fountain (1piperpiping@gmail.com or 810-882-1035).
Step Two: Sign and return the release form.

05/08/2017 Please arrive at Castle Farms in Charlevoix by 10:00 AM.  We will start filming by 10:30 AM.  We have to be done by 4:30 PM.

Shots Needed on May 8
- Crowd is eating, drinking, being merry with some dancing a jig.
- Minstrels lip syncing and pretending to play instruments.
- People mill around the food tables, break off turkey legs and eat.
- Waiters deliver more food, serve drinks.
- Guards just stand there like statues.
- Jester juggles and clowns around.
- Crowd turns attention to the herald.
- Look over heads of crowd as the herald speaks.
- Ends of trumpets raised for the fanfare (crowd out of focus in background).
- Everyone looking at each other confused.
- A few people looking confused and shrugging their shoulders.
- Everyone applauding politely, then ceasing as she motions for them to stop.
- The crowd erupts in cheers.  Queen motions for them to quiet down.
- Smiles are everywhere throughout the crowd as they adore their queen.
- The entire crowd looks over to Shannon and collectively gasps.
- The crowd laughs at Shannon, pointing and mocking.
- The crowd stares intently, angrily, silently.
- The crowd is frowning at Shannon disapprovingly, and turning up their noses in disgust.
- The crowd is beguiled, charmed.
- Shannon, singing from over the heads of the crowd.
- The crowd looks back at Shannon perplexed.
- The crowd gasps and begins to murmur, and worry.
- Some in the crowd look down with contrition.
- The crowd gasps (wide-eyed, shocked, worried).
- The bishop blesses Shannon with the sign of the cross.
- The crowd goes wild (smiles, applauding, cheering, high-fives).
- Pandemonium in the ballroom. Confetti falls. Everyone smiles.
- The crowd cheers Shannon (hip-hip-hurrah).  Monica nudges her toward the crowd.  Shannon scans the crowd as their loving faces slowly quiet.
- The crowd chuckles, then hangs on Shannon's every word.
- The crowd cheers Shannon as she curtsies humbly before them.
- The people celebrate, cheers, Irish dancing, jig.
- Main characters rejoicing in context of whole room dancing, rejoicing.

Additional Notes
Please invite your friends to sign up as we have a lot of roles to fill.

Please pack your own lunch.  Only water and snacks can be provided.

Feel free to grow your hair - and facial hair - for May 8!  The longer the better.
